About the Role

We’re looking for a business-minded Data Analyst – Logistics to help optimize our tools, improve systems, and support our fast-growing logistics network. You’ll analyze the performance of our last-mile delivery operations, drive data-based decisions, and help shape the future of food delivery logistics at JET.

📍 Location: Hybrid – 3 days in our Winnipeg or Toronto office, 2 days from home
👤 Reports to: Senior Team Lead, Network Analytics and Optimization

What You’ll Do

As our Data Analyst (Logistics), you’ll use data-driven insights to improve network efficiency and support logistics operations. Your analytical skills will help us make smarter business decisions and continuously optimize our delivery performance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Turning complex data into clear, actionable insights and business stories for executives.

• Contributing to the design and implementation of data analysis systems, tools, and methods.

• Recommending new tools and techniques based on the latest data analytics developments.

• Integrating insights from multiple data sources to improve logistics performance.

• Identifying and proposing opportunities for optimization across our logistics model.

• Running experiments and A/B tests to improve network performance and delivery efficiency.

• Designing and maintaining performance metrics and KPIs aligned with stakeholder goals.

• Creating detailed dashboards and reports using BI tools like Tableau or Looker.

• Building and improving SQL queries (Google BigQuery preferred) to support data-driven decision-making.

What You’ll Bring

• 1–4 years of experience in a data analytics, business intelligence, or logistics analyst role.

• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Looker).

• Proven skills in data storytelling, experimentation, and performance optimization.

• Excellent problem-solving ability and experience turning data into business insights.

• Confident communicator, able to explain complex analytics to non-technical audiences.

• Experience using GSuite, Jira, Git, and Slack for collaboration and workflow management.

• Background in logistics analytics or product analytics is a strong asset.
