Key Responsibilities:

  • Regarding travel reservations, routes, and services, address incoming and outgoing customer questions by email, phone, or chat.
  • Give travel ideas and options tailored to fit customer desires and requirements.
  • Help consumers with reserving hotels, travel, transportation, and other travel-related services.
  • Quickly and professionally handle customer worries and grievances.
  • Be current on company deals, travel regulations, and sector developments.
  • Work with internal departments to make sure customer questions are handled promptly and correctly.
  • Follow business practices when issuing refunds, changes, or cancellations.
  • Keep precise records in the CRM system of customer contacts.

Qualification:

  • High school diploma or its equivalent is compulsory.
  • Preferred college or some other college degree.
  • Fluent English needed.
  • Open to learning new techniques rapidly and able to multitasking.
  • Reliability test and background check that will work.
  • General ability of Windows Computer.
  • Good expertise in keyboarding, internet, computer. Ability to type at least 35 wpm correctly.
  • strong work ethics together with demonstrated reliability.
  • Ability to fast grasp fresh programs and techniques.
  • Clear written and spoken language.
  • courteous and professional phone behavior.
  • Good verbally; little writing ability.
  • Perfect for handling monotonous chores at different speed.
  • Ability to work extra hours as they demand.
  • Keep decent attendance.
  • Required two years of experience in customer sales, upselling, telemarketing and service.
  • Two years of experience in the corporate or leisure travel field (mandatory).
  • International booking knowledge for one year.
