Summer Student Route Sales Representative

As a Summer Student Route Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for delivering products to customers on a set route while managing accounts and building strong relationships. You’ll represent our brand, ensure shelves are stocked, and help customers with reorders or product questions. Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service

  • Deliver excellent service to each client on your route.

  • Maintain professional communication and address client questions or issues promptly.

  • Monitor stock levels and recommend order adjustments based on client needs.

  • Upsell new or promotional products.

Qualifications

We’re looking for motivated, reliable students who are eager to learn and work hard. You don’t need to be a sales pro—you just need to be ready to grow.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university (returning in the fall).

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Basic math and organizational skills.

  • Willing to work early mornings (starting between 5 a.m. and 7 a.m.).

Nice-to-Have:

  • Previous retail or delivery experience.

Work Environment

This is a fast-paced, physically active job where no two days are exactly alike. You’ll be on the road, working with new people every day. You’ll also work independently but have strong support from your supervisor and team.

You’ll use a delivery vehicle (provided), handheld tools for order tracking, and have access to product inventory for upselling and account management.
