Responsibilities
Account Management

Manage daily account activities to resolve customer issues and support ongoing business growth at Alteryx

Build a deep understanding of customer workflows, challenges, and business goals

Ask the right questions to uncover needs and deliver value in every customer interaction

Develop strong relationships with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers within each account

Align customer objectives with Alteryx solutions using a customer-first approach

Identify adoption, expansion, and growth opportunities using data and performance insights

Partner closely with Customer Success to drive long-term value, faster time-to-value, and successful renewals

Support complex accounts by ensuring customer satisfaction and continuous engagement
Renewal & Expansion (ATR $100K–$250K)
You will own customer renewals within the $100K–$250K ATR segment and independently drive expansion opportunities under $50K. This includes establishing new footholds within assigned territories, leading customer discussions, product demos, and commercial negotiations. You’ll reinforce solution value, manage risk, maintain strong Salesforce hygiene, and confidently guide deals to close.

Territory Overlay & Partnerships
Working closely with Strategic and Enterprise Account Executives, you’ll support overall account coverage, prioritize key issues, identify trends, and contribute to account strategy and whitespace planning. You’ll use structured digital plays to uncover new opportunities and increase sales velocity across your territory.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
You’ll collaborate with Sales Engineers, Marketing, Customer Success, Renewals, and Partners to support evaluations, adoption, and deal execution. You’ll navigate deal desk, legal, and pricing processes efficiently while ensuring smooth internal handoffs and alignment around customer goals.
Qualifications

2–5 years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience

Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills

Experience with Salesforce and sales engagement tools

Willingness to travel 10–25% as required

Compensation & Benefits
Alteryx offers competitive and transparent compensation for this Sales Representative (Canada) role, with a base salary range of $94,000–$120,000 CAD and On-Target Earnings of $157,000–$200,000 CAD, depending on experience and location. Additional benefits include monthly remote work stipends, home office reimbursement, comprehensive health coverage, paid leave, wellness programs, and career development support.
