Job Description:

Sales Operations Specialist

Sales operations specialist to drive more efficient sales processes, improving efficiencies and insights into the sales team to achieve company objectives. You will be responsible for data analysis, CRM management, sales reporting, and collaborating with various teams to improve sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process sales data and create reports to inform business decisions.
  • Overseeing and maintaining CRM systems for accurate and up-to-date information
  • Help with sales forecasting, planning, and pipeline management.
  • Create and execute sales optimization process improvements.
  • Work with sales, marketing, and finance teams to develop alignment strategies.
  • Track sales success by monitoring and evaluating KPIs (key performance indicators).
  • Sales Representatives tools & process training and onboarding support
  • Implement in compliance with sales policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Fitness Enthusiast: You’ve been an employee at a fitness studio and are familiar with studio software (bonus: you’ve worked with Arketa or MindBody).
  • Able to stick to the grind: You can sustain concentration on tasks that demand precision and attention to detail
  • Strong Communicating: You are relatable, easily set the background for your ideas to be understood in writing and speaking, and are fantastic at building rapport.
  • Grit & Determination: You realize that patience is not only a virtue but a necessity to make a difference in the world, and that each conversation — even if it doesn’t yield anything immediately — brings you one step closer to doing just that. You are somebody who likes to be people-facing, and you love overcoming challenges to deliver results.
  • Organized & Driven: You can juggle multiple priorities — be it in leads, emails, calls, or social outreach — and are resourceful in solving problems to work with business needs. You’ll update your work in hubspot and our sales software tools.
  • Mission-Aligned: You are passionate about wellness and motivated to support fitness studios in their growth using an innovative platform like Arketa.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • AA/BA/BS degree preferred but not necessary.
  • Proficient in Hubspot or mastery of salesforce and able to learn Hubspot fast.
  • At least 1-2 years in a sales operations (sales ops) position.
