Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our client’s growing team. This role is important for keeping sales operations running smoothly by providing strong administrative support to the sales leadership and the wider team.

The ideal candidate should be a self-starter who is good at back-office coordination, research work, and managing digital sales accounts. You should be comfortable handling multiple tasks, staying organized, and helping improve daily sales processes.

As a Sales Coordinator, you will also support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) activities by helping with research, managing data, and assisting the team in reaching target clients. In addition, you will play a key role in helping automate sales processes so the team can work more efficiently and focus on building customer relationships and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative and scheduling support: You will manage the sales director’s email inbox and calendar, making sure messages are handled on time, follow-ups are not missed, and both internal and external meetings are scheduled smoothly.

Strategic account research

You will conduct detailed research on target companies to understand their size, current programs, and key decision-makers. Your insights will help the sales team plan better outreach and support account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.

Sales and marketing support

You will assist both teams in running account-based marketing campaigns focused on winning new clients and growing relationships with existing accounts.

Sales automation

You will help identify ways to automate routine sales tasks, such as collecting meeting notes and sharing summaries, so the team can save time and work more efficiently.

CRM management

You will keep customer data accurate and up to date in the customer relationship management system to ensure smooth tracking of leads, clients, and communication history.

Reporting and analytics

You will support the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and performance updates for internal teams and external stakeholders.

Conference support

You will research relevant industry events, help prepare outreach plans for potential clients, and manage follow-up communication after conferences to support lead generation efforts.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with digital tools, and interested in supporting modern sales operations and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in sales support, administrative work, or as a coordinator.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders regularly.
  • Experience with LinkedIn and other professional social media platforms is highly desirable, as you will help manage online presence and support account-based marketing (ABM) efforts.
  • We are looking for someone proactive and resourceful, who can anticipate the needs of the sales team, solve problems independently, and contribute to improving sales processes.

What We Offer

  • The position offers a competitive salary ranging from CA$45,000 to CA$60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, employees are eligible to participate in the company’s annual performance bonus program.
