We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Entry-Level Customer Support Representative. No experience is needed, making this an ideal entry-level customer service opportunity. We train you on everything needed to succeed in this position.

You will help customers by working in email, live chat and calls as a Customer Support Representative. You will assist with inquiries, provide support, and make sure they’re happy with our offerings. You want to provide helpful, welcoming assistance so that customers have a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter data into online forms and maintain records with precision and thoroughness.
  • Send out effective communication to team and clients using email and other digital channels.
  • Import and organize digital files and documents.
  • The ultimate objective is the volume of growth and the associated financial gain which covers refunds.
  • The CEX will work with stakeholders on creative matters and ensure flawless execution of client online orders.
  • Stand behind company standards in data security and confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Training will be provided, no experience necessary
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent ability to problem-solve and be proactive
  • Skill in working independently and managing time
  • Basic computer skills, such as being able to use email and browse the web
  • An internet connection that is reliable and a silent work space
  • Having a positive and professional approach to customers.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with internet tools and platforms.
  • Superb attention to detail and accuracy for data entry.
  • Organization and time management skills for working remotely with limited or no supervision.
  • Good Problem solver with a customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to adapt to new processes and technologies.
  • Fairness and dedication to keeping the confidentiality of the information you seek.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Similar experience would be ideal, but certainly not required
