You will be fully trained in how to do the job and what to say to all the most frequently asked questions. And you have a chat monitor to help you with questions you don’t know the answer to.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fully execute tasks as per assignment with precision and craft.
- Work with team members and clients effectively
- Answer customer questions over chat, email, or phone
- Data entry and management resource tools
- Do some basic research and make a report
- Help you create, arrange and execute tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications

- Skills to work with computers and the internet
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Work independently and manage time efficiently
- Meticulousness and attention to detail
- Fast reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Qualifications:

- Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task
- Ability to read, understand, and carry out company policies and procedures
