Descriptions:

As a Direct Entry Pilot, you will embark on an exciting journey with our Pilot Pathway Program, designed to shape aspiring pilots into proficient aviation professionals. You will initially assume the role of Operations Coordinator or Aircraft Groomer, gaining invaluable operational experience before ascending to the coveted position of Navajo First Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- We also have ice quiqly to enhance the safety of all operations.
- Perform pre-flight and post-flight checks.
- Check the weather, air traffic, fuel levels.
- Communicate with Air traffic control and ground crew.
- Safety of passenger and cargo.
- Manage in-flight emergencies and adjustments.
- Maintain accurate logs of flights and maintenance.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- TC Commercial Pilot License
- TC Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR
- Valid Class 1 Medical
- Ability to lift 50lbs+
- Minimum 500 hours TT
- Have a legal right to work in Canada
- Criminal Record Check Including Vulnerable Sector (no older than 30 days)
Licensing:
- PPL (Private Pilot License) for private flights (non-commercial)
- CPL:People who want to earn money by making a living as a pilot typically require a CPL.
- ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License), to operate major airline services.
- Multi-engine or instrument flight rules (IFR) — added endorsements
Experience:
Depends on employer (airline pilots usually need 1,500+ hours).

Salary Expectations:
Newbie (Regional Airlines, Charter): $50,000 – $80,000 annual.
Avg (Major Airlines, Cargo): $100,000 – $250,000+ annually
