Must-have skills We are currently looking for a friendly, tech-savvy and customer-focused Live Chat Agent. Engaging as a Live Chat Agent, you will serve as the initial step we put our customers in contact with, offering on-the-spot support and help via our online chat system. Work remotely from your home to help customers with their questions and problems.

We are seeking a skilled Live Chat Agent to join our team. Your primary role will be to provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries via our live chat platform. You’ll be the face of our brand, directly impacting our reputation and customer

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer fast, accurate and professional support via live chat with customers.
• Assist customers with their queries, resolve any problems they may be having, and respond with solutions in a timely manner.
• Extensive product knowledge to help customers understand.
• Properly escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when needed.
• Marry up customer interactions and follow up as to ensure the resolution.
• Meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs) in terms of response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
• Use feedback to make customer service processes and tools better.
• Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by using the right methods/tools.
  
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Outstanding written communications in English.
• Adaptable with good problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service skills and enthusiasm for helping people.
• Skilled in computer usage and experience with the live chat application.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
• Stable high-speed internet connection, and a noise-free workspace.
• Prior customer service or live chat experience is a plus but not required.
