Home Support Worker Pilot (HSWP)
We are looking for compassionate, trained caregivers to join our team under Canada’s Home Support Worker Pilot. What is a home support worker
A Home Support Worker (HSW) is a trained professional who provides personal care, household management, and emotional support to people who need assistance living safely and independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

Personal Care & Assistance

Monitor vital signs (temperature, pulse) and report changes

Who Can Apply?
To qualify for this role under the Home Support Worker Pilot, you must meet these requirements:
Work Experience & Training

Minimum 1 year of full-time paid home support work (or 6 months of related training + 6 months work)

OR a post-secondary certificate in nursing, PSW, health care aide, or home support
Language & Job Offer Requirements

CLB 5 in English or French (IELTS / TEF)

Valid full-time, non-seasonal job offer from our agency (provided)

Ability to work in Canada without supervised care (employer will support work permit)
