Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, verify and update data into company databases and systems.
  • Create and maintain an accurate and confidential electronic and paper record system.
  • Audit data for mistakes, inconsistencies, or missing data and update as necessary.
  • Validate data integrity and accuracy by performing data quality checks.
  • To prepare reports and extract data as requested by supervisors.
  • Always follow company procedures and data security policies.
  • This would involve everything from staying in touch with colleagues to receipts Processing and reporting.
  • Mew daily and weekly that you want to hit.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or similar role is preferred.
  • Good typing speed and accuracy (minimum preferred typing 40-60 words per minute).
  • Excellent attention to detail, and able to spot mistakes.
  • Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)
  • Knowledge of data management software and of CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • They must also have access to reliable Internet and a quiet workspace.
