Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree (any field)

Skills & Experience

  • Good spoken and written English

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office & Google Workspace

  • Previous customer service experience

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Active, positive, and self-motivated attitude

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

  • Answer customer questions by email, chat, and phone

  • Help new customers during onboarding

  • Build friendly and long-term customer relationships

Account & Campaign Management

  • Set up new advertiser and publisher accounts

  • Monitor ad campaigns daily

  • Optimize campaigns to meet performance goals

Reporting & Communication

  • Create simple performance reports for clients

  • Share important updates with internal teams

  • Follow service timelines (SLAs)
