Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customers’ questions over the phone, via email, through chat, or in person.
  • Give accurate details on products, services and company policies.
  • Formal and timely responds them to complaint even if you cannot resolve their problem.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges as appropriate.
  • Keep track of all communications and transactions with customers.
  • Work with other teams/departments to make sure that customers are happy
  • Keep abreast of company offerings and industry trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate high school (or equivalent) (post-secondary is a bonus)
  • It’s a perfect job for someone who wants a little work experience with a business — or someone looking for parttime work while they complete school or training programs. Experience in customer service, call center or retail is a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Some strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficient with computers and CRM software.
  • Can multitask and work in a high-pressure environment.
  • Bilingual (English/French) is an asset for some areas.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver fantastic customer experience during checkout or at the customer counter

• Answer questions and expose your product knowledge

• Store sign compliance; open box identification.

• stocked and organized; shelves and displays

• Perform all pre-opening and post-closing duties

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education – High School Diploma or Equivalent (Post-Secondary Education is an Asset).
  • (PREFERRED) Previous experience in call center, retail, or customer service.
  • Organizing of paperwork and other tasks/scheduling.
  • However, I still after all these years have avoided until now, just like many who have remote jobs, to a congested and isolated life.
  • Proficient in computer systems and CRM software.
  • Keep getting busy with organizations, multitasking etc.
  • Some Areas: Bilingualism in French and English is considered an asset
