About the Role
We’re hiring a Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our Personal and Business Banking team in Winkler. In this frontline role, you’ll be the face of CIBC in the branch. You’ll help clients with their everyday banking needs — such as deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries — while providing excellent service with a friendly, personal touch.
As a CSR, you’ll also be connecting clients with the right team members or banking solutions that support their financial goals. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and making each client interaction meaningful.
Your Key Responsibilities

Help clients with their banking: Assist customers with basic transactions like deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments. Answer questions and explain banking services in a clear, friendly way.

Create a great experience: Listen to what clients need and take time to understand their goals. Make them feel welcome and supported in every interaction.

Solve problems: If a client has an issue, you take ownership to resolve it or connect them with someone who can. You put yourself in their shoes and act with care.

Promote digital banking tools: Introduce clients to CIBC’s mobile and online banking tools. Show them how these tools make managing money easier and more convenient.

Support your team: Be ready to work at nearby banking centers if needed and help wherever you can. We all work together to create the best client experience.

Additional Information

You’ll work on-site at our Winkler branch. This role does not offer remote work.

You must be legally eligible to work in Canada and have a valid work or study permit (if required).
