Available Positions
1. Service Technician (Installation & Repairs)
Location: Maxville, ON or Ottawa (with work across Ottawa region)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete project adjustments, repairs, and installations to a high standard
- Install back-ordered cabinetry and components
- Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide effective solutions
- Read and interpret technical drawings accurately
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Meet project deadlines and timelines
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood materials and hardware
- Submit daily reports, timesheets, and progress updates
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in cabinet installation or millwork
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 kg
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Own tools and safety shoes required
- High attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Experience in production is an asset
Millwork Shop Worker
Location: Maxville, Ontario
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (7:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble cabinets and cabinetry components
- Sand doors and drawer fronts
- Assist with finishing tasks when required
- Wrap, package, and load completed products
- Perform saw cutting and basic woodworking tasks
Requirements:
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift heavy materials
- Must have reliable transportation
- Previous experience in woodworking or cabinetry is an asset
Millwork / Cabinetmaking Detail Engineer
Location: Maxville, Ontario (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed shop drawings for architects, designers, and production teams
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure efficient project execution
- Identify and resolve design issues or inconsistencies
- Source materials and prepare purchase orders
- Manage inventory and allocate materials to projects
- Program CNC machines for cabinet manufacturing (training provided if needed)
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in millwork or cabinetry
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Cabinet Vision software (preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings
- Project management experience required
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of CNC programming is an asset
- High attention to detail and time management
