Key Responsibilities

New Business Development

  • Identify and approach auto repair shops, dealerships, and fleet companies
  • Present product offerings and close new wholesale accounts
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients

Account Management

  • Develop long-term relationships with customers
  • Act as the main point of contact for client needs and support
  • Ensure repeat orders and customer satisfaction

Sales Operations

  • Assist clients in onboarding and using the online dealer portal
  • Monitor sales performance and meet monthly targets
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups and territory coverage

Performance Expectations

  • Achieve a target of 300+ units per month
  • Conduct regular field visits within assigned territory
  • Maintain an active and growing sales pipeline

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (automotive or industrial preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Willingness to travel locally (field-based role)
