We’re looking for an AI Administrative and Operations Data Specialist to join our growing team — someone passionate about operational efficiency, data accuracy, and contributing to the future of AI systems.
What You’ll Do

Use Mercor’s proprietary tools to label, annotate, and evaluate data for administrative and operational AI projects.

Deliver high-quality curated datasets to support AI model training in areas like workflow optimization, inventory management, and project coordination.

Partner with technical teams to enhance annotation tools and streamline data workflows.

Analyze complex operational challenges that improve AI performance and decision-making.

Follow evolving instructions carefully, maintaining precision, consistency, and attention to detail in all work.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications

Proven professional experience in administrative services, operations, or related fields (e.g., Operations Manager, Administrative Services Manager, Project Management Specialist, Purchasing Agent, or Inventory Supervisor).

Strong English proficiency — written and verbal — with clear communication skills.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently with strong judgment and attention to detail.

Genuine interest in technology, innovation, and operational excellence.
Preferred Qualifications

Certifications such as PMP, CPIM, or similar in operations or administration.

Experience in training or mentoring teams on best practices.

Comfort with recording short audio or video clips for data-related tasks.

Familiarity with AI systems, data labeling, or annotation workflows.
Compensation & Work Details

Full-time position, available in-office (Palo Alto, CA) or fully remote within the U.S.

Candidates must reside outside Wyoming and Illinois.
