Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
- Identify and approach auto repair shops, dealerships, and fleet companies
- Present product offerings and close new wholesale accounts
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
Account Management
- Develop long-term relationships with customers
- Act as the main point of contact for client needs and support
- Ensure repeat orders and customer satisfaction
Sales Operations
- Assist clients in onboarding and using the online dealer portal
- Monitor sales performance and meet monthly targets
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and territory coverage
Performance Expectations
- Achieve a target of 300+ units per month
- Conduct regular field visits within assigned territory
- Maintain an active and growing sales pipeline
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (automotive or industrial preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Willingness to travel locally (field-based role)
