Client Success Manager (Remote Canada)

As a Client Success Manager, you will manage a portfolio of clients and act as their trusted advisor. You will guide them through digital marketing strategies, especially SEO (Search Engine Optimization), and ensure they achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
• Develop trusted advisor relationships by understanding client goals

Strategy & Planning

• Conduct monthly strategy sessions with clients via Zoom
• Plan and align deliverables based on client business objectives
• Guide clients through ongoing SEO and digital marketing strategies

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track and forecast key account metrics and campaign performance
• Prepare detailed reports on account status and results
• Clearly communicate monthly and quarterly progress to clients

Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with operations and marketing teams
• Ensure timely delivery of services according to client needs
• Monitor campaign progress and optimize for better results

Growth & Retention

• Identify opportunities to upsell or expand existing accounts
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention rates
• Proactively suggest improvements to enhance performance

Job Requirements
