Job Summary
The Journeys Sales Lead supports store management by helping run daily store operations, coaching team members, delivering great customer service, and driving strong sales performance. Sales & Customer Service

Store Operations

Perform all opening and closing procedures

Manage daily store operations in the absence of store management

Support Loss Prevention strategies and protect company assets

Complete bank deposits, assigned tasks, and store paperwork on time

Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness
Job Requirements
To succeed as a Journeys Sales Lead, you should have:
