Job Description – Client Advisor (Part-Time)

What You’ll Do

Deliver outstanding service by completing client transactions, engaging in meaningful conversations, and ensuring excellent communication throughout every interaction.

Identify client needs and provide tailored financial advice and solutions at the first point of contact, whenever possible.

Contribute to branch sales results by spotting opportunities to recommend additional products, connect clients with RBC partners, or personally fulfill solutions.

Address and resolve client concerns promptly and effectively.

Support clients in adopting RBC’s digital banking tools and services.

Manage risks by following compliance standards, processes, and controls to protect both clients and shareholders.
What You Need to Succeed
Must-Have
-
Strong customer service skills, ideally gained in financial services or a client-facing role.

Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and self-motivation.

Comfort with technology and digital tools (smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.).

Flexibility to work varying shifts.

Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a determination to succeed.
Nice-to-Have

Sales experience in financial services or the customer service industry.
