What You’ll Do

• Deliver outstanding service by completing client transactions, engaging in meaningful conversations, and ensuring excellent communication throughout every interaction.

• Identify client needs and provide tailored financial advice and solutions at the first point of contact, whenever possible.

• Contribute to branch sales results by spotting opportunities to recommend additional products, connect clients with RBC partners, or personally fulfill solutions.

• Address and resolve client concerns promptly and effectively.

• Support clients in adopting RBC’s digital banking tools and services.

• Manage risks by following compliance standards, processes, and controls to protect both clients and shareholders.

What You Need to Succeed

Must-Have

• Strong customer service skills, ideally gained in financial services or a client-facing role.

• Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and self-motivation.

• Comfort with technology and digital tools (smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.).

• Flexibility to work varying shifts.

• Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a determination to succeed.

Nice-to-Have

• Sales experience in financial services or the customer service industry.
